Supporting Early Intervention of Needs CIC
"Every child deserves to be seen for who they are and heard for what they need - because true support begins with listening and understanding." SEIN, 2025

At SEIN, we provide a supportive and enriching learning environment tailored to each learner’s needs. As an alternative provision, we focus on well-being, early intervention, and helping young people re-engage with education in a way that works for them.
Our work is informed by the Circle of Security approach, helping us to understand the needs behind behaviour and build safe, supportive relationships.
Transitions—whether to a new school, college, or the next step in life can be challenging. Our re-engagement approach offers a safe space for learning, connection, and personal growth, helping students build confidence and move forward with purpose.
SEIN also delivers the Circle of Security Parenting programme, supporting parents and carers to better understand their child’s emotional needs and strengthen relationships.
We’re committed to creating a positive, inclusive experience for every student and family we support.
